Shipping / Trial

Prices
Our prices are firm and for the saddles without equipment.  We can equip the saddles for an additional charge.

Trial
You can pick up a saddle at our location in Ecaussinnes, Belgium, to try it during a period of 3 days, provided that you pay the saddle entirely.  If you are not satisfied, you can bring the saddle back within 3 days in the same state and we will pay the full amount back. 

Shipping
We ship to whole Europe.  In case of shipping, payment will be by bank transfer.  We kindly ask you to make the payment within 2 days after the reservation, after that we will not be able to maintain the reservation of the saddle.
The saddle is shipped after reception of the payment.  In case of shipping, the saddle is permanently sold without trial period.
The shipping costs are :

  • 20 - 30€ for : the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany (following the insured value)
  • Shipping also possible to whole Europe, ask for the costs.
     

There is no warranty on the saddles.
